We will also be changing to Singapore Post's SmartPac. This option is a postage-paid packaging that will be delivered directly to your letterbox, with tracking for that peace of mind.

Tenten Tenpo is unable to provide any other modes of shipping other than the ones listed above.

For all shipping modes listed above, do note that the item(s) will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the item(s) to the address you have provided us.

Tenten Tenpo strives to process all orders within two working days before shipping. Orders received after 5pm will be processed on the next working day. Our working days are from Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays.
