Shipping Policy

1. Tenten Tenpo is unable to provide any other modes of shipping other than the ones listed above. 

2. For all shipping modes listed above, do note that the item(s) will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the item(s) to the address you have provided us. 

3. Tenten Tenpo strives to process all orders within two working days before shipping. Orders received after 5pm will be processed on the next working day. Our working days are from Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays.

4. For any i​naccurate or insufficient address(es),

• Please email tenpo.1010@gmail.com immediately if your mailing address is inaccurate or insufficient. Tenten Tenpo will not be responsible for any lost mail due to inaccurate or insufficient address.

• Tenten Tenpo regrets to inform that once your order is shipped, we are unable to make any amendments.

• Additional shipping charges will apply for any bounced parcels due to inaccurate or insufficient address. 

• Bounced parcels that are unclaimed after half a year will be deemed as Tenten Tenpo's property and no compensation will be offered as sufficient response time has been given.
